We have fun getting to be creative about how to produce value and cost savings for our customers. Our team listens to our customers, and we take into account their needs and wants; the relationship built over time with our customers allows us to understand what they value and how they measure success. When we understand what is most important to our customer we search for creative ways to remove costs or add value to the products and services we provide. Our whole organization is passionate about finding new ideas for our customers. We take time to propose and implement the best plan of action to work with each individual customer. Not everyone finds the same value in the services provided by Morse Steel, but by listening to our customers we can offer the right mix of distribution, supply chain, and manufacturing products and services for each individual customer. Our Customers are so important to us, but we also treasure the people inside our organization: Our co-workers at Morse Steel.

Our warehouse staff prioritizes the following four behaviors every day. We ask each person to “stop the production line” if they find that a safe working environment is not achievable or if quality standards are not being met. We want to ship goods on time and work efficiently, but if we can’t do those things safely and meet the customers’ standards for quality we want to stop and re-evaluate.
